Keep Learning & Applying

Do you remember how I learned from the aviation community the phrase “Learn. Apply. Share.”?

Well, I’m right in between learn and apply on a lot of things right now, and it’s making it hard to share.

Not because I can’t share, it’s all good stuff, and I will share, but because I haven’t finished the application stage.

I see the lessons, I understand the application.

I just need to follow through on action.

For example, I’m not quite ready to share about maintaining habit stacking … I’m still applying that and proving it.

Another example, I’m still learning the process of wire-framing an idea and then following through on development. (we’re in dev right now on a new program at DOVITO… not finished). But man, this is going to be a fun email one day.

I’m realizing the importance of casting vision when onboarding new team members, and how vital it is to share not only the vision, but also the implementation plan (over the various phases of business) even though it very likely might need to change in response to life and market demands.

And I’m learning how much of this applies to daily life; and of all the incredible resources learned in business how few I actually utilize to build deep and intentional relationships.

Yet here we are, a pile of lessons and realizations in front of me, and an even larger mountain of required application standing behind it.

And I don’t know, maybe that’s you too.

I’m just here to encourage you that it’s a great place to be!

The key?

Stay consistent and maximize momentum when you find it.

Here’s what I’m resolute in, and I encourage you to be the same.

I am determined to keep learning.

I am determined to keep applying.

And I am determined to keep sharing in order to support others.

The warm and fuzzy feeling isn’t always there (usually not for me anyways), but the value is there, and I’m convinced of its reward.

And a bonus encouragement for you: it doesn’t have to be perfect.

It just has to be your 100%.

Sure, your 100% might look like more in a few years.

But why wait?

Why wait to begin the journey toward success all for the hope of doing it more perfectly later?

Just start.

You’ve got this, seriously.

And you’re crushing it already. 💪🏼
