This is our "family number" which represents to us the fact that God is never late in providing for our needs, even if it comes down to 11:59 on the clock the night before we need it. He is faithful, every time!
We call them "1159 moments". You know, those times when you're believing for something and it gets down to the wire.
Maybe it's using the last of your savings before landing that job/client that you've been praying for and WHAM! there's a client at your door.
Or the day before you have to move out of your apartment and then WHAM! the amount you needed for rent shows up.
Whatever the case may be, it's a moment where God tests your faith, and then proves your faith... often at the last second.
But hey, that's the life we should be living though, right? Always believing that God WILL come through, showing His might and proving His faithfulness.
And that's where this email came from: from the heart to encourage you to press in and believe for those 1159 moments in your own life.
Some Tuesdays will be deeper than others, some goofier than others, and some will just be comprised of a list of resources I found enlightening, encouraging, and helpful that week.
But at the end of the day, it's hopefully an email that will encourage you along your own journey, reminding you that our God is a God of 1159s (and sometimes 59 seconds) and that He is faithful.
