Health, kept by Claude

Get it all logged.

Photos of your meals, your labels and your gym. Claude reads them and keeps the log: every macro and micronutrient, your workouts, your supplements, your blood work, and a 90-day plan built around all of it.

Summary

Eaten against burned.

Summary puts the calories you’ve eaten against what you’ve burned so far today (active plus resting energy, straight from Apple Health) and tells you how far over or under you are.

Water fills a glass up to your goal line; tap 8 or 16 oz and it rises. Under that sits sleep, steps, heart rate and weight, then the day’s training, habits, supplements and meds in one list.

Every bite, every nutrient

Track macros. And everything under them.

Each food gets its own line: calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber, plus 38 more, from the fat breakdown and sugars to 11 minerals, 13 vitamins, choline, caffeine and alcohol. A nutrition label is read exactly and saved, so the next time is exact too.

Supplements: each one's dose, schedule and the last 14 days
Labs on a phone: each marker against its range

Apple Health, both ways

Sleep and heart come in on their own.

Two Shortcuts on your iPhone keep it in step with Apple Health. Each morning your sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV, breathing, blood oxygen and workouts (heart-rate zones included) come in; each night the day’s food goes back out.

Sleep debt counts the last 14 nights against your target, so one good night doesn’t hide a short week. Habits tick themselves from it too - 8,000 steps, a workout, 10 minutes of daylight.

Sleep: last night's stages, bedtime and wake, and sleep debt over 14 nights
Habits: today's checks with streaks, some ticked from Apple Health

Patterns, not just numbers

See what’s working.

Weight as a weekly trend, not a daily scare. Calories against the plan. Lifts going up. Ask Claude to find your patterns and it lines up what you ate with how you slept, recovered and trained, names what runs short or over, and the foods behind it.

For your doctor

Symptoms, lined up with everything else.

Log a symptom the way a doctor would ask about it; when it started, how long it lasted, how bad on a 0 to 10 scale, where, what set it off and what helped.

Timeline puts it on the same days as your sleep, food, heart rate and doses, and the Symptoms page shows what lines up, the same day and the night before. The Doctor report prints all of it on one page with your medications and every flag (it shows patterns to talk through, it doesn’t diagnose).

Your labs, lined up

Bloodwork you can follow.

Send the PDF. Every marker lands against its range, and Quest’s names and Labcorp’s line up, so you see what moved since last time. Pair it with what you eat and take, and bring better questions to your doctor.

A plan that fits

Ninety days, built around you.

Claude asks what you want and what you have, then builds the targets, the phases and a training week from the equipment in your photos. Check in each week and it adjusts.

How it works

Three steps. Then just send photos.

  1. 1

    Connect Claude

Add one connector in Claude. It works in the Claude app on your phone too.

  2. 2

    Send what you see

A plate, a label, your gym, a lab report. Claude reads it and logs it.

  3. 3

    See it here

Summary, your plan, your progress, your labs and your stack, on any screen.

Your log is yours. Photos are read in your Claude chat and never stored here. The database itself keeps every log apart, so no one else can open yours, me included. Disconnect Claude any time.

Not medical advice. Screens show a fictional demo person.
